Havryliuk O.O. works at the Chuiko Institute of Surface Chemistry NAS of Ukraine since 2011.
He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Chuiko Institute of Surface Chemistry NAS of Ukraine,  Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Chuiko Institute of Surface Chemistry NAS of Ukraine,  member of the Council of Young Scientists of the Department of Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.210.02.

Scientific interests:
The study of the optical and electrical properties of semiconductor periodic structures for use as solar cells; thermophysical calculations of temperature profiles of semiconductor materials after their laser irradiation.

2016-2018 – Fellowship of the President of Ukraine

2018 – Award of the President of Ukraine for young scientists (Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 419/2018) for the work “Laser annealing of non-stoichiometric nanocomposite films on silicon base” (in collaboration with O. Pylipova)

2018 – Co-author of the monograph "Laser-induced nanostructures in solids", which became the winner in the competition for the best book edition of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for 2018 in the nomination "Monographic edition. Physical-mathematical and technical direction "(composed of authors: E.F. Wenger, O.Yu. Semchuk)
